Mr. Hezekia Mwarua serves as the Chief Officer for Water in Kilifi County, where he plays a crucial role in overseeing and managing the county’s water resources. With a strong background in water resource management and engineering, Mr. Mwarua is dedicated to ensuring the sustainable provision of clean and reliable water to the residents of Kilifi. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Water Resource Management from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology and a Master’s degree in Water Engineering from the University of Nairobi, equipping him with extensive knowledge and skills in managing water systems and addressing water scarcity issues.
Mr. Mwarua’s mission is to enhance water accessibility and quality in Kilifi County through efficient management and innovative solutions.
