Today’s Tree Planting and seedling distribution event at Sita village- Dabaso ward, Kilifi County, organized by Export Trading Group (ETG) Climate Solutions with The Empowering Farmers Foundation (EFF) main partner and Tukuze Kilifi, signifies a great step in environmental conservation and sustainable farming practices one of our main goals.
Thanks to HE Governor Gideon Maitha Mung’aro and HE Deputy Governor Flora Mbetsa Chibule support, 500,000 cashew and 500,000 moringa seedlings were distributed, empowering farmers and fostering sustainability.
The event rejuvenated hope among cashew farmers and laid a foundation for a greener Kilifi as departments of agriculture and environment push for sustainable food production and environment conservation empowering the Dabaso community to be adaptive and resilient this climate change era.
